Statutory deadline is around 9 July 2029. Most analysts expect Labour to call the election in 2028 or 2029 depending on economic performance.
General Election (statutory deadline)
The Fixed-term Parliaments Act was repealed. Under the Dissolution and Calling of Parliament Act 2022, the statutory maximum is 5 years from first sitting (9 July 2024 = 9 July 2029 automatic dissolution, election required within 25 working days, so by roughly mid-August 2029).
Note: The Conservatives under Rishi Sunak called the 2024 General Election early (July 2024), 7 months before the January 2025 deadline. Labour won a large majority. The next statutory deadline is January 2030.

Inflation rate — 12-month CPI and CPIH. Published monthly ~2.5 weeks after reference month.

Average UK house prices and regional breakdown. Published ~2 months after reference month.

Quarterly crime survey data covering personal and household crime. Supplemented by police recorded crime.
ONS Public Sector Finances
Monthly and quarterly public sector borrowing, debt, and spending. Key for assessing fiscal rules.
ONS Migration Statistics
Revised net migration estimates. Long International Migration series. Most politically sensitive release.
ONS Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE)
Definitive earnings data by sector, region, and occupation. Used for minimum wage assessment.
